How much will it cost me to replace my tub and/or shower?

That’s a great question! We’d love to give you a price, but there are just too many variables. All our products are customized–the size, style, color, and other options you choose will reflect the actual price of the project. Best of all, we do not charge you for the visit, and it doesn’t hurt to take a look. Our design consultants would be happy to come and see you!

What is Hi-tech Polymer Acrylic?

Hi-tech Polymer Acrylic is a man-made material that is non-porous unlike fiberglass, tile, and stone products. Our Acrylic material is exclusively infused with Microban® to reduce to reduce mold and mildew. It is also stain resistant–soap scum will not stick to it which makes it very easy to clean! We give a lifetime warranty that stays with your home.

Why do I need my significant other with me? I can pick everything out and share the information with them afterwards

We completely understand. We ask that you both are at the appointment as it saves YOU time when making choices such as selections with color, type of accessories, and getting both your questions answered. This also reduces the odds of a second appointment and if a customer does decide to contract with us, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction from both parties.

Question 5

Can I replace my tub but keep the tile wall surround?

Unfortunately, when a tub is removed it damages the tile surrounding the area as there is a lip on the tub under the tiles which results in the need to replace the existing surround as well.

Do you refinish tubs?

Accepted Answer

No, the reason for this is that it is a temporary fix and only hides the existing problem which will require the tub to be refinished again. When you purchase a new tub from us, we give a lifetime warranty that stays with your home. This will give you peace of mind that you won’t have to worry about more added cost in the future.

Do you offer installation services for shower doors only?

We cannot install nor guarantee other shower doors. However, may we suggest an evaluation of your existing shower? We can then offer you a quote for a new shower complete with doors, backed by a lifetime warranty!

Question 8

Can I buy the material from you and install it myself?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to sell material outright as we are a franchise. However, we can set you up with a no-cost obligation with our design consultant to assist with the design of your new shower. We can install it in as little as 1–2 days and give a lifetime warranty.

Question 9

Do you sell accessories? I just need a grab bar installed.

Accepted Answer

We wouldn’t want to jeopardize your safety. We believe your bathing experience should provide you with a peace of mind. Our design consultants will address your concerns as we design your new tub and/or shower to install our own accessories with the proper supporting system that meet ADA compliance requirements.

Can you check for water damage in our tub or shower?

Yes we can. We offer no-cost appointments 6 days a week. Our appointments are generally scheduled for 10 AM, 2PM, and 6PM.

Can you provide an estimate for a claim?

Unfortunately, we do not price out for insurance claims.
